Kisara Tendo (天童木更, てんどう きさら, Tendō Kisara) is the president of Tendo Civil Security Corporation, as well as Rentaro Satomi's boss. She is also a Promoter, with Tina Sprout being her Initiator. She is the tritagonist of Black Bullet.
In A Time in the Universe, she is one of the two main antagonists in A Time in the Universe Season 2 as the co-leader of The Army of Vengeance.

Role in the Story[]
Prior to the events of Season 2, Kisara found out about Caboose's victory against Revived Charon. However, she also realized that a woman named Dylan Andrews has played a part in her parents murder. To make things worse, Dylan actually published the story and her brother's murder worldwide, forcing Rentaro to betray Kisara. Outraged and Devastated, Kisara formed The Army of Vengeance along with Roman Reigns in order to find Dylan and eliminate her so that her parents can rest in piece and so that she can earn Rentaro's trust back.
